Service Range. Jamae primarily provides pet sitting services in the inner SE Portland area, between SE MLK Jr. Blvd and SE 60th Ave as well as between NE Irving St and SE Woodstock Blvd. For bookings outside of this range, she will usually charge a premium with an additional travel cost per visit. However, the premium can be waived on a case-by-case basis if your residence is right outside the range and / or the drop-in visit is for 1+ hour(s).

Weekly Schedule. Jamae's schedule is fairly flexible since she currently works from home, with most availability between 10:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Booking. In order to schedule a pet sitting booking with Jamae, clients must complete a request form and confirm bookings by sending full payment to the method of the client's choice at least three (3) days before the first booked day. If a completed form and payment is not received in a timely manner, a booking may not be finalized and limited availability means the scheduled dates would be open to other clients.

Holiday Rates. The base rate applies to most days of the year. However, an additional $10 holiday fee will apply to the following dates:

In bookings where a listed holiday is included, the additional holiday rate will only apply to the above dates. All other dates will be charged the base rate.

Cancellation Policy. By finalizing a booking, clients agree to the following cancellation policy. A full refund is available if cancelled two (2) days before the first scheduled visit. After then, a 50% refund is available if the booking is cancelled by the first scheduled visit. Thereafter, clients can cancel a confirmed booking until the final scheduled visit but will not receive a refund for the booking.

Modification Policy. Requests to adjust a booking prior to and during the scheduled booking are possible. Although Jamae will try her best to accommodate these requests based on her schedule, she cannot guarantee all modifications can be fulfilled as requested.

COVID-19 Note. Jamae is quadruple vaccinated, and she will show up to all meet-and-greets wearing a face mask.
